Insurances We Accept

Most of our patients pay $0 out of pocket by using their insurance! Even if you are not covered, you can use FSA/HSA funds to pay for sessions. We are currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna,  Metroplus Health, and United Healthcare. We also accept Medicare, however patients need a referral from their doctor with a diagnosis of diabetes or kidney disease, as required by Medicare guidelines.

Due to licensure laws, nutrition counseling is only available to clients residing in the following states:

  • Alaska

  • California

  • Colorado

  • Connecticut

  • Hawaii

  • Idaho

  • Indiana

  • Maryland

  • Massachusetts

  • Michigan

  • New Hampshire

  • New Jersey

  • New York

  • Oklahoma

  • Oregon

  • Pennsylvania

  • Texas

  • Utah

  • Vermont

  • Virginia

  • Washington

  • West Virginia

  • Wisconsin

  • Wyoming

If you are not located in one of these states we are unable to provide nutrition therapy that is covered by your insurance, however you are welcome to receive our health coaching services, which are available to anyone globally. Health coaching is not covered by insurance, however, you can use your FSA/HSA card to pay for sessions.

Self-Pay Rates

You may pay for your nutrition therapy sessions using a credit card, debit card, or FSA/HSA card. Our self-pay rates are:

  • 55 minutes – $200

  • 40 minutes – $150

  • 30 minutes – $100

Your initial session will be 55 minutes and billed at $200 for self-pay. For future sessions, you may select 55, 40, or 30 minutes, depending on your preferences and schedule.

Nourish Billing Promise

We believe billing should be simple and stress-free. If your insurance denies a claim, you won’t be charged for past appointments. For future sessions, you can decide if you’d like to continue with our self-pay option. We don’t like surprise bills any more than you do!
