1-on-1  Health Sessions

Get one-on-one support that to rebuild a healthy relationship
with food and your body. 

Health Assessment & Counseling Session

60 min (or part thereof)

Conduct a thorough screening and assessment to determine what food and lifestyle factors impact your health. Discuss your eating habits, nutrition needs, food patterns, medical history, relationship with food, and past efforts to discover solutions. Get individualized nutrition counseling, a printable outline of food recommendations (foods to eat/avoid), supplement recommendations, and a 3-day meal plan.

This assessment includes the following: 
•    An initial screening form to assess your daily food intake, lifestyle habits, and relationship with food
•    A printable outline of food and supplement recommendations 
•    A 1-hour session to provide you with feedback and nutrition counseling
•    A 3-day meal plan 


Follow-Up Nutrition Session

30 min (or part thereof)

These sessions allow adequate time to provide individualized nutrition counseling, assess your progress, and answer any questions you may have. We will adjust your original plan, if needed so that you can continue to see progress in your health journey as your body changes and improves. This session can only be booked if you completed a nutrition assessment.


Customized 14-Day Holistic Meal Plan

14-Day Plan

This holistic plan includes foods to eat/avoid, supplement recommendations, healthy habits to implement and a personalized 14-day meal plan with recipes. To ensure you receive personalized recommendations, this service can only be booked if you have conducted a nutrition assessment within the last 30 days. If you would like to add more days to your meal plan, each additional day is +$5.00.

I strive to provide the highest quality individualized nutrition care to my clients and understand that one size does not fit all. From guidance about meal planning to recommendations on choosing the right supplements, I support you in overcoming dietary and lifestyle obstacles. Giving you a generic diet plan based on a medical diagnosis is not enough to foster optimal healing. As a registered dietitian, I will conduct a thorough assessment, recommend nutritionally-pertinent lab testing if necessary, interpret the results to identify the root cause of your problems and teach you how to use food as medicine.
