Our nourish programs provide the tools we teach every client to overcome significant health challenges.  Every program includes an online health course, educational videos, and semi-private coaching sessions to improve your health. These foundational programs are essential for long-term and sustainable health because they also include a monthly membership that provides you with ongoing support from our lead registered dietitian, Shanon Whittingham, MS, RDN, CDN, and holistic health coaches.
