With the help of a registered dietitian and holistic health coach, this program gives you monthly health coaching, masterclasses, group nutrition sessions, seasonal meal plans, and a health and wellness e-journal, all designed to help you maintain a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Use your interactive workbook to create goals and track your progress each month. Build sustainable habits across nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental health that fit your lifestyle.

Monthly Health Masterclass 

Learn about different topics such as nutrition, exercise, rest, and mindfulness. Live group sessions are typically held on Tuesday or Thursday nights at 7 PM EST. Unable to attend? Rewatch the recording at your leisure.

 Monthly Nutriton Session

Set goals at the beginning of the month and get guidance from a registered dietitian on how to be successful. 

Monthly Mindset Session

Evaluate your progress at the end of every month and get your questions answered immediately for continued success.

From guidance about meal planning to recommendations on choosing the right supplements, I support you in overcoming dietary and lifestyle obstacles. Giving you a generic diet plan based on a medical diagnosis is not enough to foster optimal healing. As a registered dietitian, certified nutritionist, and certified diabetes prevention coach, I will guide and support you on your journey towards better health.
