What if I want to cancel my membership?
Membership can be canceled at any time on your own. You will remain in the collective until your monthly membership expires.There are no cancellation fees or refunds.
How do I access the content?
Step 2) A confirmation email will be sent with a link to get activate your account.
Step 3) Set up your account and log in from your computer, tablet, or phone (be sure to download the mobile app!)
When does the membership start and finish?
Your membership begins as soon as you sign up and submit your payment. Feel free to begin working through the program whenever you are ready. Membership is ongoing indefinitely until your payment is stopped. You will gain access to the Facebook group within 24 hours of putting in your request. If you put in your request on Saturday or Sunday, you will gain access to the Facebook group on the upcoming Monday.
Do I have to have Facebook?
Absolutely not, but we highly reccomend it! The private Facebook group is where you will be able to interact with the other members of the group. That is also where our monthly challenges will happen. Many of our members create a free Facebook account and use Facebook ONLY for engagement with the group. Feel free to do the same!
How is this different than just going to Google or WebMD?
Do we only have access to the trainings for that month?
No, you have access to all the materials all the time as long as you are a member, so that you can always go back and review them. If you have a question about previous content I will answer that any time, as people become members at different times.
